IMPORTANT CHANGE TO 2013 VOLUNTEER DUTY:
Beginning with the 2013 season, the $75.00 volunteer deposit by credit card/debit card/check/cash will be refunded on one of two Volunteer Redemtion dates:
July 1st 6:00-9:00pm
July 8th 6:00-9:00pm
Please bring your receipt.
Volunteers who have completed their volunteer duty will be refunded the $75.00 deposit. Volunteers who fail to complete their volunteer duty will forfeit their $75.00 deposit.
Back for 2013: Team Clean Up Duty
All players on all teams will be required to participate in Team Clean Up Duty.
Volunteers: Thank you for volunteering for Flossmoor Baseball & Softball! The league appreciates your continuous support and involvement.
If you did not buy out of your volunteer commitment, you selected one of the following volunteer obligations:
Weekend Clean-Up or
If you have any questions or need to reschedule your volunteer obligation, please contact us at email@example.com. We'll be happy to reschedule your slot if you contact us at least 2 weeks before your slot. Please understand that requests made within 2 weeks of the slot may not provide sufficient time to identify a replacement volunteer. If a replacement cannot be found, then the league will accept your deposit ($75) as satisfaction of that volunteer commitment.
Please be on time for your volunteer obligation. If you do not show up for your scheduled time slot, your $75.00 volunteer deposit check will be deposited.
Changes to 2011 Policy/New for 2012: The Volunteer Deposit is $75.00 per child. The Volunteer Buy Out is $50.00.
Weather/Game cancellation policy: Volunteers, if your time slot has been cancelled before it starts due to weather, your time slot will be rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding with this matter.
